You will experience key principles of team performance through hands on exercises and group assignments. 

You will also experience the power of the group to accomplish more than what one individual could do alone.

You will have fun.  The program is fast paced and interactive.

  1. You Will Need a Team!
    Youth and Adult teams are welcome. You will need 3-8 teammates per group. Youth Teams - High school sophomore, juniors and seniors who aim to be future leaders – current student council members, football team leaders, DECA participants, church youth groups - anyone who wants to help their team become the best that they can be! Adult Teams - Any group leaders who want to improve their team effectiveness!
  2. Your Team Will Need a Sponsor!
    Youth Teams - A sponsor (21 years or older) will help coordinate your team efforts, make sure you stay on task while you workshop your goals and hold your team accountable throughout the school year.
  3. Your Team Will Need to Bring a Goal!
    Your team will bring to the event a goal to achieve or a conflict to resolve during the upcoming year.
  4. Location
    CoreTeam Experience is happening on the beautiful campus of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO.
  5. Housing
    On campus housing is available at Corbett Hall. Each room holds up to two people and two rooms share one private bathroom. There are double occupancy and single occupancy rooms available. There is also an option for local residents who do not need housing.
  6. Food
    Whether you stay on campus or not, all meals are included. Thu - Dinner Fri - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Sat - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Sun - Breakfast

The CoreTeam Experience will be facilitated by

Kent has been leading efforts to improve the health of individuals, teams, organizations, and communities over the last 30 years. 

Kent is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and has a Master in Public Health from the University of Minnesota, an Executive MBA from the University of Denver, and his Medical Degree from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, Bethesda, MD.


The CoreTeam Experience includes housing and all meals on the Colorado State University campus.  There is also pricing available for local participants who do not need overnight accommodations, meals are still included.

The total cost of the CoreTeam Experience is approximately $500 per person.  CoreVeritas, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is subsidizing the cost of the program.
